Enhance Image Consultancy Mobile Dress Agency, provides a friendly, relaxed, bespoke service to individuals and groups, selling good quality, handpicked, pre-loved mid to high end High Street or designer clothing. We also stock pre-owned, hardly worn shoes and accessories at a fraction of their original cost - allowing you to make money, save money, look good AND do your bit for the environment... Collection and delivery are free, so go on, what have you got to lose...?

What should I do next?

Selling

  1. Identify what it is you have to sell (check with friends and family too, I don't know anyone who doesn't have something 'lurking' in the back of their wardrobe!).
  2. Ensure the items are mid (M&S, Next, etc) to high end High Street or Designer and are in excellent condition and freshly laundered or dry cleaned, check there are no signs of wear and tear on collars, cuffs, zips and buttons - ask yourself, would you buy this?
  3. We accept all sizes, large, small and in-between provided they meet the appropriate criteria.
  4. We aim to cater for a wide age group from 16-90+, so all appropriate items considered.
  5. Make a note of the item(s) and a rough idea of the original price and approximate year of purchase.
  6. Simply contact me via telephone 0789 6534461/01665 570323 or e-mail agency@enhanceimage.co.uk to organise a mutually convenient time for collection.
  7. The items will be examined with you and an agreement reached regarding saleable value, of which you will receive 50%. You will receive a signed receipt detailing the item(s), a copy of the terms and conditions and a date to contact Enhance Image Consultancy if your items have not been sold in the 12 week interim period.
  8. Sit back, relax and wait to earn some money to invest in new clothes...

Mobile Dress Agency

Buying

  1. Determine if there is a specific event you are buying for? What is it you need, is it specific or do you just want a good old mooch?
  2. Is it just for you or are there friends and/or family who may be interested too? If you can gather together at least 10 friends/family, the hostess will receive a small gift.
  3. Make a note of the size(s) and, if specific, type(s) of clothing you are looking for (eg, wedding, party, work, casual, etc.) It may also be useful to think about the age range of the individuals and contact me via telephone or e-mail to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to visit with a wardrobe of good quality possibilities to match your requirements.
  4. You are under no obligation to purchase items.
  5. There is no sales pressure. I am more than willing to offer advice on individual garments on the night if I am asked ... and if you find you're in need of additional in-depth advice? Then talk to me about how a more personal consultation could help ...
  6. Let the clothes come to you ... relax, enjoy and maybe find a great new outfit at a bargain price.
  7. And if you have a favourite label or something specific you are looking for? I will inform you if anything comes into stock.

Enhance Image Consultancy Mobile Dress Agency Terms and Conditions

  1. Only unworn or nearly new items in excellent condition from mid (M & S; Next, etc) to high end High Street or designer clothing, will be accepted by Enhance Image Consultancy Dress Agency. If in doubt, please ask. All items must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned, with no stains or blemishes. Collars and cuffs must be in good condition; all buttons and zips must be intact and working properly; item(s) must not be tainted by cigarette smoke or other odours. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any item if it is not deemed appropriate or does not meet these standards.
  2. When item(s) are collected, you will be given a receipt stating the negotiated price and the date when you should contact us to discuss return of the item should it not sell. On this we will identify your preferred method of contact by Enhance Image Consultancy Dress Agency, e-mail or telephone. Please keep this receipt safe as this is your proof of ownership.
  3. Items will be kept for a period of 12 weeks. They will then be reviewed when you contact Enhance Image Consultancy Dress Agency on your agreed contact date. Item(s) can be returned or donated to St Oswald's Hospice for charity.
  4. If we do not hear from you within a month of this date, we will e-mail or telephone a reminder. If we still do not hear from you within a week of this, it will be assumed you no longer want the item and on your behalf, the Agency will donate the item to charity.
  5. Enhance Image Consultancy Dress Agency will retain 50% of the sale proceeds as its commission on sale.
  6. When the item is sold we will contact you via your preferred method of contact. At a month end, payment will be sent via cheque direct to your home, or you can collect if you prefer. If you require this to be sent recorded delivery, the cost of this will be deducted from your final payment.
  7. Free collection and delivery are available within Northumberland, Newcastle and Tyne & Wear. Addresses further afield will be charged 0.40p per mile from the County boundary line.
  8. Given the nature of the business, returns can only be accepted within 5 days of purchase and you will receive a credit note for the cost of the item. You must arrange to return the item yourself or I will collect at a cost of 0.40p per mile.
  9. The Agency will sell items to individuals within their home or alternative setting. Sellers must accept that potential buyers will handle the items and may try them on. As a result, although everything will be done to minimise risk, some blemishes or the like may occur and if any items are not sold, may be returned to the owner in this condition
  10. By either purchasing items or leaving your item(s) for sale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
